The Arawdielli Insular Colonial Zone was a colony of the Federation of Tugal based on the islands of the Arawdielli Sea. The colonial capital was Ciudad Castillo on Archipelica Island. The colony was established on 27 January 2010 by various private investors from Simbopolis, Gordion, and Nova Riviera who mobilized by the decree of doge Aguas III of Oporto Arawica to establish a firmer hold over Arawdielli waters. This was done so in part by the lobbying of Commander Parker Lloyesia and Gordion mayor Maxus Aeruma, who convinced the doge to establish defensive bases that would counter pirates and privateers from Altadena in the Federation of Altadenica. Before the retirement of the Yardianic Trade Route, Tugali Arawdiellia served as a second means of defense after the supremacy of the First Fleet of Oporto Arawica's ships at Gordion Naval Installation began to wane. After the Second Battle of Ciudad Espera, Tugal removed Hardison Troit from de facto power to force the growth of sustenance crops for import to the mainland, as Ciudad Espera had provided Tugal with much of its food before being captured. The people in themselves did not mind this treatment, supporting their home nation patriotically.

When the Valentine War broke out, the colonies at Tugali Elysium were eventually pushed to declare independence; they took the Second Fleet of Oporto Arawica along with them, the sole force of defense at the Arawdielli colonies at the time. Tugali Arawdiellia suffered a number of devastating attacks from Altadenican privateers before finally issuing the Troit Proclamation, which stated that if Tugal failed to supply Tugali Arawdiellia with troops, the colony would declare independence and align itself with the independent United Provinces of Elysion. Tugal did not comply, and the Presidio was established on July 5, 2010, rendering Tugali Arawdiellia as a colony out of existence.
