Akytí'p Goldeä (born in Tibakka, Tibakko-Vitallan principalities) is a former mob boss and the current supreme commander of the Republic of Goba. He rose to power at age seventeen after a politic series of actions that catapulted him to the head of the Uhlie mafia, which controlled the trade of lindories from Simbopolis.

Early life[]

Goldeä was born to a drug addict who abandoned him shortly thereafter on the streets of Tibakka. A group of Ashura-Chani expatriates discovered him and took him to their home on the coastline of the Moyen Serpent. He lived and was raised according to Ashurism for fifteen years.

Goldeä always had a strong sense of justice; hearing about Alma Aeruma's story and the intolerant policies of the Holiest Oracle, he accidentally killed a passing scholar and, not knowing what else to do, stashed the body and stole his history books. Goldeä continued his investigation into the history of Ashura-Chana, stumbling across numerous stories of ruthless brutality carried out by adherents of Ashurism. Stunned by the behavior and etiquette that Ashurists were called to hold against "unsavable barbarian" groups, Goldeä apostated. When he announced his decision to his family, he was thrown out of the house according to Ashurist custom.

Now disowned and on the streets alone, Goldeä returned to Tibakka a hateful person. In his anger, he spontaneously murdered a farmer in the Tibakkan hinterland; the constable of the local principality threw Goldeä into prison for his actions and sentenced him to hang the next day. However, the violent anti-Ashurist paramilitary Uhlie group broke him violently out of prison and took him across the border into Tibakka. At this point, Goldeä was nineteen when he was officially inducted into the Uhlie group.

Goldeä earned the trust of local members, running small operations against the Tibakkan people, including muggings and home invasions. Once he gained the trust of most of the small Uhlie clan, he arranged a coup and took control of the group. Goldeä escalated operations rapidly and issued speeches that appealed to the local poor, who joined the Uhlie in droves. When some rival groups began to take control of the lindori trade from Tugal, Goldeä joined the mix too, using underhanded tactics to play rival gangs against each other in the Gobalese Civil War so each would destroy itself. When every other mafia had become weakened, Goldeä ordered all the rival mob bosses assassinated simultaneously before asserting supreme control over the city of Tibakka. Arranging a "security council" to feign a democratic process, he gave all the high positions to close advisors from the Uhlie mafia.

Growing suspicious of intellectuals and generals in his government, Goldeä launched the Cleansing in which he killed over half of the Uhlie mafia and thousands of civilians in Tibakka and its hinterlands, deporting those who owed him debts to Detention Fortress Merah until they either paid of forfeited everything that they owned to the state. At this time, Goldeä was twenty-one.

Later life[]

Goldeä launched his three Plans of Action, which aimed to industrialize Goba so it could compete with markets in Tugal and Silvermoon. In order to fund his factories, Goldeä conquered numerous Tibakko-Vitallan villages in the surrounding area and enslaved them, forcing them to work in Gobalese factories across the Gobalese empire. He attempted to eliminate the influence of Tugal by killing everyone who spoke Unidante, a major language in Tugal and the primary language of people in Simbopolis. While Tibakka's population boomed, he stabilized it with his actions because his Plans killed so many people.

Goldeä effectively turned Goba into a unified superpower by February 2010. Aged significantly and facing dementia, Goldeä ordered two Gobalese men armed with bombs to march into the Vitallan capital of Mavitallis. When Psycatic ordered these men executed, Goldeä used this as an excuse to invade. He initiated Readiness Order A and set off the Valentine War.

Goldeä currently inhabits Tibakka. He lives alone in great wealth.
