Adiante Lake (pronounced ah-dee-AHN-chee, Unidante language: Forward Lake) is a large lake at the center of Taleza Island at the center of Cidade Fortaleza. The Lakefront Citadel Complex, where the Fortaleza Viceguard is based, is located next to the lake. The old fort of Taleza, which was founded during the age of Tugali colonialism during the Median Era, was built into the side of the lake.
Adiante Lake provides enough fish and fresh water to supply the needs of central Cidade Fortaleza, where most poor locals live.
